Cassena Care at Stamford

It was my first time at Cassena Care and didn't know what to expect. When I walked in with my sister it was like a hospital but without the chaos. Very soothing environment and well organized. Everyone I met was very friendly with a positive attitude. Both me and my sister felt comfortable leaving our mother in their care. I was very impressed with their services. I would highly recommend them.

The nurses were friendly, very attentive, and answered all the questions I had about my mother’s condition and medication carefully and so I could understand. They even called the doctor from another floor so I could meet her (when I had arrived to visit just after she had done her rounds - and the doctor came back to speak with me). The facility is clean and bright with beautiful pictures on the walls. The physical therapists are motivating and gentle with my mother and she has really improved since arriving.

Hallways and resident’s room were clean and tidy. Looked well cared for. Staff were polite, helpful and professional.

Have had more experiences with the Nursing Aide staff. They are very helpful and compassionate. I know you have nurse/patient ratios but the nurse’s aides need more help.
