I realized this year that I needed to get myself back on track as far as my fitness was concerned. I choose Physical gym because I found them to be extremely professional in their approach and they fit my needs for what I was looking for. My sessions with Emerson were really fun and exciting. He is amazing, this is my second week with him and I feel energized! Emerson will kick your butt every time he trains you BUT you don’t feel sore the next day. It’s amazing! He offers so many fitness options and works with your schedule. If you are looking for that sexy body or just want to be able to carry groceries up the stairs without feeling like you ran a marathon. He is your guy!!
