Great medical office from the top to the bottom. Dr Sahler, was superb, the office staff on both sides, medical office & PT, was excellent & physical therapy was awesome especially my physical therapist= Carla. Her treatments were effective & she was kind & sympathetic to my affliction. Would most definitely return if I ever suffered another injury.
I contacted ONS Stamford over a weekend via their website to have someone call me to make an appointment. At 8:45AM Monday morning I received a call with an offer for a same day appointment with an orthopedist. The next day appointments were available for me to start physical therapy. The PT, Bethany, thoroughly evaluated me and always clearly explained at each appointment what she was doing. The patient portal included videos of the exercises I needed to do at home, which was very helpful until I remembered them on my own. The office promptly submitted claims to insurance. Most importantly, my back pain was greatly reduced by the end of my appointment series. I feel like I have a good understanding of what I need to do to stay strong. I would definitely return to ONS in the future.
I recently went to ONS in Stamford due to a wicked case of tennis elbow. I first met with Dr Vitale a specialist in arm an hand, who did a terrific job diagnosing my problem. He spent a lot of time determining the extent of the issue and reviewing treatment options. The next day I started PT with Tara and already I am seeing improvements. The office is beautiful, the staff professional, and I am significantly better with no surgery. You can’t ask for more. I would highly recommend ONS.
