But rest assured every-time you call the office you will be on hold for 10 or more minutes which is rather ridiculous for a medical practice.(a month later and still find myself being on hold for 10 or more minutes literally every single time I call lol you guys need to better train the office staff😵💫)
(December 23, 2020, 9:41 pm)I have consistently been impressed with every level of care I have received at AHI over the past year. The receptionist is always warm and extremely helpful. The pharmacy is professional, personable, available to answer questions and ships my medications directly to me. My APRN, Sharon Alkerstedt is affirming, clearly explains test results, extremely thorough, and a joy to interact with. I highly recommend AHI to anyone in the LGBTIA+ community. Having been a patient at other LGBTQ focused practices in Connecticut I can say with confidence the AHI is by far the best.

I feel cared for, listened to, and not judged every time I am there or call to make an appointment. Anyone looking for comprehensive non-judgmental care, Anchor Health should be your choice!

I have been seen by many of their providers and have always felt comfortable and that my concerns were being listened to. There is absolutely no judgement or shaming and it is easy to feel comfortable and respected while visiting the office. Both the patient representatives and clinical staff are highly responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!
