“Mr Richard Valenzano, a jobber plumber in Stamford CT, paid a courtesy call to my apartment on 6/13/2002. Purpose was to complete the installation of a hew kitchen faucet not properly installed by another plumber. The previous plumber was unpleasant and unreasonable, and I did not want to even attempt to ask him to return. In contrast, we found Mr Richard Valenzano is intelligent, pleasant, knowledgeable and honorable. He did not want to be paid for completing the work for which I paid the previous plumber, but was lnot done. I will be glad to call engage him for any other plumbing repairs or installations that will utilize his skills.”
