(August 1, 2016, 4:13 pm)It was urgent!! My son's expander needed to be tightened and although he was not their patient,Westwalk took us right away. Taking my son's care over from his father I had not been given clear instructions. Westwalk showed me how to operate the key and gave helpful, supportive guidance and much to my surprise without charge. I was blown away by their kindness, readiness and helpfulness.
