Romano's professional demeanor, she is kind, and also explains thoroughly what is wrong (if you have cavities like I did), what your options are, along with her professional opinion. I've seen her twice, and the first time she had to fill 3 cavities that my prior dentist neglected to tell me about. I've had cavities filled before (unfortunately), but I never received all star treatment like this. She was very gentle, and you could tell that her and Anastasia (the dental assistant) had done this plenty of times, they were so in sync. I was completely at ease. The office is clean and the staff is all women (which is awesome!!) I am from NYC where there are plenty of dentists, but I travel to CT just to see Dr. Romano.
