  Great service and family owned for so many years! The negative review regarding an incident where police did not call the family should be aimed at the police department and not Heibeck's. Every towing place has a flat rate for towing and a daily rate and if the police were not called, the blame should be pointed their way! Heibeck's is the place I call when I have issues with my car!

  THANK-YOU! I want to publicly thank Mike, who was able to diagnose and repair my car the good old fashioned way: using his knowledge and car sense.
  My car was not accelerating properly. I could barely make it up a hill in low gear.
  And engine light did NOT come on.
  It was a tricky diagnosis because it turned out there were two things wrong with the car:
  1) The serpentine belt was not functioning properly due to a missing bolt that caused it to turn unevenly. that was hard to find.
  2) One of the coils had to be replaced.
  I really don't know much about cars, but I always like to ask and find out what the problem was. At the Heibecks, they'll take the time to explain to you as much as you want to know.
