“Dealing with difficult issues is always a challenge. Susan knows how to handle these situations. We had a customer come in complaining about every one and we don’t need that kind of vibe in a good environment that we have. She told the client nicely to please leave the salon. No one should disrespect others and make a scene.”

“Having a large turnover at our place, we have tried several cleaning services, but we have had multiple problems with the services, until someone suggested we try Today's Alfa House & Carpet Cleaning Services. We called to schedule our first appointment, and the performance was excellent. Easy scheduling, timely service, and truly satisfactory cleaning. The maid was courteous, cooperative, and smiling. After the maid left, it was a tremendous relief for us, and since then, we have used them multiple times, with great success, and all of the maids were very capable.”

“Jim is an excellent drum teacher. My son has studied with him for almost a year and I have sat in on every lesson. Jim creates a positive atmosphere where my son feels safe to learn. He encourages excellence in musicianship by instilling a respect for the instrument and the need for regular practice. But most of all, my son learns and has fun. We have had music lessons elsewhere in Westport and in NYC and he is by far the best teacher we have had. We highly recommend Jim and his studio.”

“When my father suddenly became ill, my wife and wanted him cared for at home and tried to care for him ourselves, when we thought he had suffered a small stroke, it quickly became clear to us that we were going to need help with his care, as he became weaker. After being admitted to Danbury Hospital, on a snowy day in December, we found that he had not had a stroke at all, but was now diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor and that he would need 24 hr care. His only real request of us, was to let me live out his days in his home, with his loyal dog, by his side. The only way, we could have managed this was with the help of BrightStar Care, of Danbury. When James came to Tom's hospital room, to talk to us about having BrightStar's team of caregivers, in his home to care for him, in coordination with Regional Hospice we felt confident that they were the right organization to help us. The day we brought him home, Elena, I'll call her our care coordinator/Angel, met us at the house, with the most capable caregiver, Wendy, who right away had a phenomenal connections, with Tom. She set the tone for our whole experience. When we went home to rest that night, we were confident, that the proper help that we all needed, was finally in place. The next few weeks, would introduce us to our "Team" of care givers, who not only gave Tom excellent care, but they were there for me and my wife. they were so comforting, letting us know his needs and keeping us abreast of his condition and helping us to know what to expect as the end was approaching. Along with Regional hospice we had a formidable team of caregivers that empowered us to give to my Dad, who always strived to provide the best of everything for his family and friends, the very best end of life experience, he could have had. Things happen very fast and if you have people that can get a handle on things for you, you then can give the time and energy to your loved ones, so much better! Instead of feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, they allowed us to rest and regroup, every night so that we could enjoy the precious little time that we had left with the most important man, in our lives. We will always be indebted to this amazing organization of caring and compassionate individuals, that have dedicated themselves to the loving care of human beings.”
