  I am writing this review on behalf of my father (not so good with computer stuff) whom insisted I write about his recent experience at Phy Ed in New Milford,CT. He currently resides near the shore in New London CT which is about and hour and a half from this establishment, but had to attend a business meeting in this area. Unbenongst to him the meeting time changed and he ended up being 2 hours early for the meeting. He drove past Phys Ed and decided that it would be a good opportunity for a quick workout while he was waiting. He stopped at the local Walmart grabbed some cheap gym apparel and hygiene products and went to Phy Ed. Upon his arrival, he received a warm greeting from one of the owners named Eric. Eric assisted my father in touring the establishment and gave a synopsis of what the facility had to offer. My father explained that he was only in the area for the day expecting the staffs enthusiasm to dwindle since a permant membership was not really plausible considering the distance, but Eric still provided a warm welcome into the facility and provided exceptional assistance throughout his workout. Upon completeing his workout Eric even took the time to sit and have a protein shake with my father. My father insisted on my writing this review to give this business a thumbs up on not only the quality of their gym, but on the exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere this place provided. He stated if only this gym was closer to home he would definitely become a permanent member without hesitation. So thank you to Eric and his staff at Phys Ed and to anyone in the area that reads this and is looking for a comfortable, helpful, and updated facility to workout at you must try Phys Ed in New Milford CT!!! Good job

  Great equipment and staff. Yoga teacher is awesome! And hot. But I go home with her to our kids, so there's that.

  Great gym. Switched from other local gym and could not be more satisfied with that decision. The gym is clean, well maintained, new equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The equipment is great. Not too busy - so you can get to the machines and gear you wish. My wife also joined and is loving the classes (variety of types, times) and instructors. I also signed up my two sons - both really enjoying it. Trainers really work with you to customize some great sport specific content as well.
