“El Coyote has become a monthly stop for us. In the light of full-disclosure, the coupons they put out help us to keep coming in. Warm chips and salsa are placed on the table and generously refilled. Soda's have free refills. I'm a big fan of that. The food is fairly priced and the portion size enough for us to take home a small lunch for the next day. The server's are very attentive. In fact, we have found that they "tag-team". Whoever is next to you will make sure you're ok and not just wait until your server is around. That's impressive. The front room is good for quieter eating but they also have a room that would sit a very large group. There is also a bar area. The only thing we're not impressed with is their drinks. We're not big drinkers however so my opinion isn't worth much on that point.”

“George Washington Drank here! But time marches on and while the decor is a bit dated, you will not feel stuck in the past or like you are being dragged into the future. Nice small yet comfortable bar with good service and at just after five not a lot of people. I had a sandwich and it was good. While the revolution may have been plotted here, that will not be shoved into your face, this is not a history lesson, it's a colonial tavern and can stand on the tavern part alone.”

“I recently hosted a gathering for 21 persons at this fine establishment. Everything went perfectly at this charming venue. Kerri, the owner-manager and her wonderful staff were efficient, accommodating and cooperative and our special requests were honored without fuss. A wide variety of menu options were offered and all attendees agreed that the food was delicious and well-presented. All in all, I am very pleased to give "The Olive Tree" my highest recommendation.”

The changes have been drastic as the decor has been modernized yet there remains a tinge of antiquity to align with the vibe of Bridgewater. I welcome these changes however there is one change that I have lost sleep over. The Texan has been removed from the menu. I implore management to revive the sandwich so connected to my youth. My nostalgic side would be forever grateful.”

“Always come here for bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Let me tell you, the best in town. People say it is pricey, but you get what you pay for (loaded with bacon, fresh bun, and an overall a great sandwich). We call ahead of time and our stuff is always ready right when we get there. The staff is super nice and definitely will continue you to visit.”
