They are always extremely helpful, listening carefully to accommodate my mother’s particular needs, making suggestions, and even letting me take things home on a trial basis. expanded into the Southbury. Liam and Bob hosted a weekly "Break Fast & Business” for us
at that time. Today, On The Mend Medical Supply offers us the greatest "added value". Their materials are present with our non medical Plans of Care in our client homes. They answer their phones vs automation, they deliver and assemble free of charge, if they do not have something in stock, they order it for next day delivery whenever possible. When you venture into their showroom, they address you by name. They offer impeccable service. -

(July 20, 2017, 2:12 pm)I work at a CCRC in Bridgeport. On Friday, late in the evening we had an issue which limited one of our resident's freedom. Although On the Mend was not the original seller of the equipment, there was no hesitation to assist. They were extremely responsive, polite, professional, accommodating and the list goes on with positive adjectives. Although a relatively newer business, they make it their business to be educated in their services and have wonderful customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone on a professional level and personal level.
