(November 17, 2018, 2:51 pm)Excellent experience. My toddler became sick after hours, as usual. We went to the walk in, maybe waited 5 minutes, was seen and she was treated. The staff was very kind and patient with my daughter. Also, the doctor, allowed me, the parent, to make decisions with her on the appropriate treatment for my daughter.

(November 11, 2018, 12:09 pm)Wow. These folks were great! So easy to check in on line, see what the wait is, and be seen quickly. My doctor even researched my medication and called me after I left to discuss!! Just wonderful care and office staff.

(September 10, 2018, 12:14 pm)I had a second visit to Urgent Care and while I did have to wait they kept me appraised of the wait time on a screen. Again everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed me right away. There is an urgent care facility closer to me but I will go back to Southbuy because it’s worth the trip.
I was seen right away. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Dr. was knowledgeable and figured out what was going on right away but was very thorough. She called me personally with my test results. -

(August 26, 2018, 1:17 pm)Made my appointment online and got in within 5-10 minutes (Saturday 11:15 a.m).
Very pleasant receptionist and nurse, both smiling and personable. That means a lot; when you're not feeling well the kindness of the employees goes a long way. The doctor, Christie Sullivan was fantastic. She really listened and did a thoughtful and professional job diagnosing and prescribing treatment.
