He does his research and if he doesn't know the answer, he'll likely refer you to someone who will. I'll admit the office is busy, and sometimes you may have to wait for a bit. There's a price to pay for everything. I'd rather wait and see a good doctor, opposed to getting right in and getting some Doctor that can't see patients quick enough.
