John was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem and instruct me on how to deal with the situation. He called the next day to check on how things were. “I contacted this company when my AC wasn't working properly. They had an opening 9 days later but said they'd call me with any canceled appointments. I expected this because it's summer and 90 degrees out. Got a call back around 2:30 the same day that a tech was finished with another job early and was in the area, would I be home? To get my AC running again, I would have ran home. Luckily I was already there because running is not my strong suit. Very happy with the experience, AC was running in 20 mins. He discovered a blown switch possibly due to a lightning strike. Replaced the switch and here we are. Thanks for a great experience!! This is the second time I've used this company and won't be the last.”
