He called me to give me several options on what needed to be done with repairs. He also provided a ride to pick me up from my home once repairs were done. “Good service, reasonable prices. Need to have a parts inventory for rent rentals when you pick up. I was missing several pole parts. Fortunately, one side of the tent was being secured to another structure. It would have been a problem to go back for the poles. I did request a parts list and was told "not to worry."”
