I recently lost my father and had No choice but to sell because, I did not meet the park requirements to stay. I received Karen's phone number trom someone, and not to mention I seen her other listings in the park as well and considered giving her a call.
I explained to her my situation and she came out to meet me immediately to discuss where we go from here. When she told me how much we could get for the place I said no way. But I let her do what she does and sure enough she sold it for not much less than our target price.
She was very straightforward as a seller and speaking to the buyers she was very straightforward with them as well.
