(December 19, 2018, 12:54 pm)Great Mexican place for the area. The food is high quality - I've yet to try something from their large menu that I didn't like. Friends have been satisfied with the drinks as well. It is a bit pricey for a cuisine that is known to be usually inexpensive, but for the quality and amount of food you get I think it's justified.

(December 12, 2018, 9:24 pm)Stopped here for a quick dinner on the way home from Delaware. We weren't really expecting much, but were so pleasantly surprised in many ways. The food was great. Try the chicken mole - they offer samples! The have a great cocktail menu with some really delicious sounding drinks. Much more than margaritas! The restaurant is also very family friendly, in fact both bathrooms are labeled "family restrooms." We attended with our infant son. The server was very kind and accommodating. They brought us a high chair right away and also offered slings for car seats as an alternative. It seems very popular with locals who have young children and there were several other couples with babies. The atmosphere is relaxed yet nicely decorated. There is also a bar to sit at if you prefer. We will be back!

(December 11, 2018, 11:37 pm)Went recently with our 10 year old nephew, who is vegetarian. LOTS of veg options. Best margaritas I've had, made with fresh ingredients. Service was great. Food was phenomenal. We'll be back!!!

Great Food, Good Portions, Good Prices, Friendly Staff, Clean and Inviting Environment. Everything I've eaten here has been excellent. They even ask what level of spice you like, and even with me not being too clear about my want, they got it just right. The only flaw in the place, is the size. Parking fills up quick, and the dining room fills up quicker. But they have an efficient kitchen and wait staff so diners move in and out pretty regularly. I highly recommend the Chicken Tortilla Soup.

(302) 724-7699 I was in Dover on business and Mexican is one of my favorite cuisines so after reading reviews for all the Mexican restaurants in the area, I decided to try La Hacienda. It was a difficult location to navigate to through dark, unfamiliar streets, but well worth the adventure.
