(January 18, 2019, 12:32 pm)There was an issue with my extended warranty from another state. I want to thank the local staff (sorry that I forgot his name) for making the calls to Albuquerque Toyota dealer to get the information re the warranty. They did an oil change and the car runs good.

(November 16, 2018, 3:22 pm)Went for 80,000 mile maintenance on my Toyota Tundra. Everything went smoothly, no surprises. I’ve had all my service done at Hertrich Toyota since I bought the truck there new in 2012. The staff is always efficient and courteous. I’ve never had a problem with any of the service work.
Making a service appointment via the Hertrich web site is very easy.
