Charlotte, from the beginning, has been a GREAT help, from the start, with information, rates, availability, etc. When it came time to move in, she was VERY helpful and kind!! Throughout the 3.5 years, she has been MOST helpful. We will be moving out soon, but we will MISS Charlotte. We recommend this facility with NO, NO, NO reservations!!!
