    Top notch, world class, quality training and instruction! Chok dee athletics has a deep and cultured understanding of the art of Muay Thai. Highly recommended to anyone in Delaware and the surrounding area. By far the most pure Muay Thai Gym around. If your looking for a great atmosphere to learn from professional fighters and coaches, do yourself a favor and check out this place. 5 stars hands down.

    Kru Joe is amazing at what he does. By far the best Muay Thai gym I have ever been too. He will teach you the basics and techniques behind Muay Thai all while having a great time. Even if you have no plans to be a fighter, but want a hobby, or to stay in shape, Kru Joe will help you get there. After bouncing around to different gyms I know where I’ll be staying.

    Knowledgeable and experienced Kru Joe Stripling definitely will help you perfect your fighting technique whether you are looking fulfill your goals of becoming a fighter, learn to defend yourself, or get into shape...this is the place you should be. He is a very supportive coach and has the professional MMA and Muay Thai fight experience to guide you. The atmosphere is very encouraging and fun. You will fit in from day one. I learn something in every class. Set yourself up for success and come join a class.
