  When I signed up for Legion I never expected to find a home. Everyday I’m there, the coaches and other members are there cheering me on. If I miss a class people are checking to make sure everything is good! Couldn’t ask for a better place to work out daily.

  Signing up to do the 6 week 20 pound challenge was the best decision I ever made!!! The coaches are awesome and very encouraging! There were always there if I had a question or concern. Also I have knee problems so I was very happy they had modifications to each of the exercises we did. I meal plan is very easy to follow, and I enjoyed eating the foods on the list and trying new recipes. I also love that there is a Facebook support group with past and present challengers as well as coaches. I am so happy I did this and could not be happier with the results!!

  I started my journey on April 2nd with my first 6 week challenge. This was definitely a challenge, lol. I went to the Middletown location throughout my challenge. The coaches there are excellent at what they do. I had many obstacles in my way due to many previous injuries & surgeries. But every coach understood my pain & helped me to modify my exercises. They helped me with my meal plans in prepping as I didn't eat many of the foods that were listed. For any new challengers getting ready to start, stick with it even if it hurts. Invest in the supplements, they really do help. And most of all stick to the meal plan & drink your water. I was 6 lbs away from my goal of 20 lbs a week before my final weigh in & 3 lbs away the day before. But with the coaches help, I met my goal at exactly 20 lbs lost at my final weigh in. It's such an amazing achievement and experience. I hope anyone who is doing this for the first time has as much fun as I did. See you guys in 3 weeks for the detox challenge.

  The coaches are awesome! The people that go to this gym are trying to lose weight and get healthier..no one is there to judge anyone. I loved all the motivation the coaches gave us during those six weeks. I’ve never in my life been to such a great gym. I highly recommend this gym!
