This was my first time using Boulder Brothers and my first impression was extremely positive. Brandon, the technician, was punctual and diligent in his pursuit to diagnose our heater. He was very knowledgeable of the heater and he not only found the problem, but showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and explained their function. I was very comfortable and I will continue doing business with Boulden Brothers.
I live in Washington DC and my mom lives in New Castle Delaware. When I was home previously I called Boulden Brothers to fix the Heater and they did a great job, they were very professional and reliable. This time when the hot water heater needed replacement I knew exactly who to call. Always reliable and professional. It’s hard to find such a good company when your not living in the area. I was military and when I got out I stayed in the DC area but Delaware will always be home! I’m so thrilled to have found this company. They have a great staff I called well after business hours to schedule the appointment. And from start to finish it was a no stress no haggle deal. They provided an estimate and stuck to it. I would recommend Boulden Brothers to everyone I know in Delaware.

Boulden responded right away to my call and was even able to send someone in the earlier part of the time frame as I requested. Walt was polite, courteous, and professional and set up a return visit that was needed right then and there. He was also willing to talk to my spouse on the phone. A+ for them!
This Team of two Guys, were amazing. One of them was a Trainee. However, they were both very kind, pleasant, friendly, courteous, polite, and thorough. I can't think of any more adjectives to describe my experience with Boulden Brothers. I was also EXTREMELY PLEASED with the Customer Service Representative. I called on yesterday to schedule a routine appointment, hoping it would be before Christmas. However, I became very discouraged when told that the first available appointment wasn't until January 14, 2019. But she then said I could be put on a cancellation list and someone would call me if an opening became available sooner. Well needless to say, I was ecstatic when called this morning around 10:00 am about a cancellation at 12:30 pm that same afternoon. I accepted the opening; And I am still thrilled (it is 6:00 pm EST) with every interaction I had with Boulden Brothers from start (on yesterday), until completion of the job (today). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this company to family & friends for your heating needs (I have a gas furnace without central AC). I will DEFINITELY call Boulden Brothers again next year for a regular check up or before then if any other heating problems arise.
This place is great, I needed an electrician, they sent out a guy named Charlie. Now I'm sure the other staff is perfectly qualified like Charlie, but he is the most up front, honest tech I've ever had in my house. It's good to know we still have local businesses that offer outstanding work quality and great technicians. If I ever need anything electrical done in my home from here on out, I'll be picking Boulder Bros and asking for Zeus himself, Charlie. If you need work done to your home, and want a place that will take care of you this is it.
Plumbing update 10/2/18,
Called Boulden needing a plumber. First, I just wanna say I used to do plumbing and in the trades you meet guys who are A+ guys, they are the guys who run things. I had met my technician from Boulden before, he was running another job site for another company. His work was always the best, top notch work you could ask for. I was very, very happy when I opened my door to see the technician was Walt, I knew right then my projects where going to be done right the first time. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with everything he did today (vanity, new shower, refrigerator line, facets), Walt your a plumbing god man! If you are seriously looking for a company that hires the best there is, Boulden Brothers is it...And if it's plumbing ask for Walt, he's the best!
