Exactly what you'd expect from a 24 hour diner, but sweeter. The first time you come, will not be treated like your last. The servers are friendly and helpful and get to know who's who very easily. They know how to handle you when you're drunk at 3 am, just coming back from a show and have a huge group, or even if you're there to be alone and enjoy a hot meal. You're always treated with kindness and compassion here. And then we have the food... I won't bore you with the details of every item on the menu, but every item on the menu is worth a shot! The mozzarella sticks are huge and the bread pudding is perfect and whatever else you're craving at whatever time of day/night, I promise you, it's golden!
Apparently, they're planning 2 re-furbish soon. Menu has great variety. Homemade cheesebreads were amazing! We'd had long day; dinner here was really enjoyable "reward" 4 tired travelers. Even has separated dining area 2 accommodate parties.
Great wholesome food! Get your chicken soup here if you're fighting a cold! Good prices, Large portions!! Yummy desserts. And Excellent service.
(302) 322-1180. A diner that doesn't look like a diner at least not the stainless steel shiney kind. But the service and food was on point and plenty of it. Golden Dove is on the southbound side of US-13. As you approach, slow down because the parking lot isn't very big and the entrance is easy to miss.
