  I've always had good experiences here, been there three separate times got three separate devices. I feel like the people here are actually very honest at least in my experience and I been told something I dont think many people working a sales job say very often and that's too WAIT!!! They've talked me out of purchases that would have been impulsive and I cant stress how important that is because once u have a shiny new device In you're hand it's hard not to buy it, waiting a couple months gets me the newest model that is suppose to be a game changer for my current device. I've been to other stores that have lied right to my face about devices.

  Sprint wasn't the problem ZAGG was. My son screen protector cracked he had lifetime warranty. They sent the wrong screen protector he didn't the X but they sent 8+. Sprint was very nice with accommodating us with replacement.

Ernesteen Corbin (13/04/2016 08:41) Sprint is the worst. The N. DuPont location is horrible. I stood at this store for 20 mins before somebody asked for my name to put it on the waiting list & I was never greeted. I've been with Sprint for 16 years & this is enough reason to want to switch.
