She stated to the front desk manager of an issue we had with a room we had and we were granted a comp room. Ms. Wendy is always delighted to see us as we are when we see her. Friendly staff and very helpful. We'll be back

Their waitstaff was courteous and polite, but were dressed pretty casually for working in a banquet hall. We also had issues with the sound system, but overall they handled the event very well and professionally.

Very clean room. Smelled fresh. Nice walk in shower. Spacious king bed room.
Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. First impression of lobby was of a 4 star hotel. -

(October 8, 2018, 6:17 pm)You're not too good for this hotel. Dated, but clean and comfortable. Good parking for trailers, large vehicles. Beds are good and you won't beat the price for the area. Close to downtown and many amenities. Close proximity to interstate but could not hear traffic even with interstate facing room.
