In this challenging market Bayshore Ford stood out compared the the numerous other dealerships I had contacted. They operated with integrity, transparency and thoughtfulness.

I had an issue with my 4 whl drive. They squeezed me in and addressed my problem quickly and completely. Exceptional service experience.
I have several Ford vehicles however I did not purchase this one from Bayshore simply because I did an end of year purchase and found the truck I wanted at another local dealership.
When I approached the other dealership about servicing my problem they told me they were too busy and maybe I should try another Ford dealer.
Bayshore told me they were very busy but if I could leave the truck they would squeeze me in as soon as possible. I was very surprised and pleased at how fast they squeezed me in and fixed my truck.

Excellent service and attention to detail! Had an unidentified leak in the roof of my Transit, and the techs were amazing, trying to hunt this leak down and identify it. Brandon got me checked in and updated every step of the way. They did find it, but it wasn't something they could handle, so they advised me of several shops in the area who could handle the repair. Excellent service, thorough review of my car, and an action plan to resolve. Treated me like a long-time customer even though this was my first visit. I'm going to let Bayshore handle my upgrades and improvements from here on out. Thanks guys!
