Legion was amazing. I decided that I was going to do the 6 week 20 pound challenge and half way through I decided to join the gym. They are so encouraging here and will try their best to help you reach any goal that you have.

I didn't want to buy slimming shapewear to look better. I wanted to feel better and to be better. Going to Legion is the best thing I've ever done for my health. After just six weeks, the swelling around my ankles is gone, my resting heart rate is down 9 beats per minute, and I'm stronger than I was 20 years ago. Everyone at Legion (staff, members, challengers) is amazing and supportive. You will see people of all ages and fitness levels and all are welcome. Whatever your health and fitness goals, Legion will help you get there!

I was skeptical about my abilities and going to a gym again. Going to Legion in Newark was truly the best experience ever. They pushed you but at your pace and your level. They taught you how to exercise how to use weights how to eat and how to succeed. Everyone was so encouraging. The results are impressive. I’ve been coming to Legion since August 2018, I absolutely love this gym. The front desk staff is great, the coaches are knowledgeable and the fellow gym goers are all so motivating and supportive. I recently completed a 4 week challenge and my results were amazing. Lost over 10 pounds following their nutrition and workout plans. I highly recommend Legion to anyone of any age.
