Dr. Imran is personable with a great bed-side manner and the office staff is professional and kind. I
I have been to this facilities for quite sometimes now. I understood how disappointed some of the patients were. yes, in the past there are people who worked there were rude, nasty and above all not friendly, except Dr. Imran. I stop going back for 3 years. Now I'm back as Dr. Imran patient again and some new faces working for Dr Imran and they are awesome and treat my and my daughter with respect.
Dr Imran has been my Gyn for years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is patient, kind, caring, and always has the time to sit and answer all your questions. Before her I went to her father who delivered both my kids he was also the same way very kind and caring. The office staff has always been kind and courteous to me. I’ve never had any problems.
When I called to schedule an appointment the woman on the phone was so nice and helpful. Checked to see if insurance covers a visit and was super sweet! It’s nice to call somewhere for a new doctor and the phone call to set it up wasn’t a hassle or feel like your being judged. Definitely recomend.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Imran. She is very sweet, she listens, she is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. Although her front office staff isn't always friendly or personable, I couldn't imagine another doctor caring for me.
