  The guys gave me 50 + feet of broken inner tubes, i used them to make a bungee for snowboarding

  I needed Matt’s and Arthur’s expertise to find a solid road bike to meet my needs, along with the accessories like clip on shoes and pedals. All the details came together and I’m very happy with the rig I have. Cannondale Synapse I plan to stay with them for service. Nicely done.

  Matt went way out of his way to fix my bike!
  
  The brakes on my brand new bike we’re on the fritz, and I first went to another Delaware bike shop to ask for help. I was told I needed to go back to where I bought my bike from to pursue a warranty from the brake manufacturer. Not helpful.
  
  Henry’s Bikes, on the other hand, first tried to fix it, then contacted SRAM and got them to send a new set of brakes for free. Henry’s was very reasonably priced, customer focused, and just super nice about it. Really thankful!

  I am looking to get into mountain biking. Trail riding really. I went in and looomed at the different options.
  
  They had plenty of options and narrowed my thinking down to just a couple of bikes that would be suitable for me. They helped me tremendously.
  
  Soon I will be back again.
