This was an emergency situation. We did not have any heat and the temperature outside was below 20° for two days in a row. We got in touch with Sobieski and the staff and the technicians did a wonderful job taking care of us so that our furnace is now fully operable.My wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received to repair our furnace. The technicians as well as the support staff did a good job of keeping us informed, advising about the extent of repair required, and also getting the work done in a timely manner. We deeply appreciate their thoughtfulness and the expertise of their entire operation.

Cyrus P. is very knowledgeable and professional about his work. Cyrus explained how the new installed sump pump, water backup pump and sewer ejector pump should function and how to test the systems. Cyrus provided Excellent service and answered all my questions. Unsure why my systems failed, I felt relief after Cyrus completed the installs. I would recommend him to family and friends. Cyrus was an absolute professional and did an awesome job. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and how my system should work. He showed me how to properly test my sump pump each month. He was very patient, answering every question that I had. I highly recommend Sobieski Inc.
