(July 23, 2018, 4:16 pm)Very unique rest area. Delaware chose to include a memorial garden here. It’s tucked away behind the picnic pavilion. Included are bricks to commemorate lost loved ones, a tranquil pond and many plants. Just walk around the path and think about the ones who perished on our roads. Very sobering thoughts. On a lighter note, there is a very extensive playground for children. The restrooms sparkle and are very cool! Great air conditioning!
