  Lets start with my vehicle I had a 2001 Yukon Denali I purchased brand new John helped me keep it going to my dismay it finally kicked the bucket on 12/14/2017. I was walking to the shop when Jemain called me he said he would pick me up these guys hooked me up with a great Toyota Camry the rest is history. My husband's jeep wrangled was parked up in Wilmington on 1/17/2018 when an eighteen wheeler hit it, drug it, hitting the curb breaking the front axle we didn't know what to do so we had AAA tow it to Outright Auto then we asked the owner John if it could be fixed (if you only have compressive insurance it will take the insurance e company a month to get the police report) They were giving us a hard time. After John looked over the jeep the front end needed to be repaired John give them a honest estimate. They accepted, the jeep is repaired and they are paying for the rental. If it wasn't for John at Outright Auto, the insurance company would still be dragging their feet. Love you guys
  P.S. (Eds words) John throughout the whole ordeal you were diligent on the repairs and documentation of all parts replaced. You and your employees did an amazing job. Steve did a bang up job. In 3 weeks to the day repairs were made. I am very very pleased. I am the Jeep Guy again. Thank You All Ed and Cathy Lavish
