  Want to thank the Service Manager, Jay, for his quick assistance in getting needed replacement parts for our refrigerator that enabled the extended service company to schedule our repair after our waiting over 2 months for the parts to come in. Without his help don't know when we would have had our repair completed. It will be great to be able to "see" in our refrigerator again.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are willing to go the extra mile to build a relationship with their customers and earn repeat business. I can't recommend National enough, they've got a great selection of brands and display models to check out in store. Most importantly, they have a network of invaluable service techs for times when things go sideways plus they're willing to help broker any repairs you might need.

  It's been several weeks since we got these appliances from National Appliance. I wanted to let you know that we really like the Maytag commercial-grade washer and dryer that we got from you. They clean, dry and operate as advertised.
  
  We appreciate you taking the time to explain the different washers to us. We should have listened to you in the beginning when you showed us this combo. Fortunately, my research led me back to the Maytag units.
  
  We both love the simplicity of the control panels on both units. We look forward to many, many years of service from these machines.

  I can recommend this business without any hesitation. I have been doing business with this independent, locally owned business for years. I have always been extremely happy with their prices, and more importantly, their knowledgeable customer oriented staff. One of the things that really stands out to me is that the owner still works at the store. They have always beat any competitive pricing, usually by a significant margin. I can't imagine why I would ever buy another appliance, grill, or mattress from anyone else.

  Came here after finding out HHgregg is permanently gone. Saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. My mom needed a dryer. Steven, one of the sales team members helped us out by getting us a nice dryer for the lowest price around. He was knowledgeable and assured us quick delivery! Aside from that, he was pleasant and we will be back. Thanks!
