    Ben was a very knowledgable in fitting my new shoes. I have never had anyone in a bike store spend the time that he did on shoes. It was great my riding comfort has benefitted greatly!!!!! Great new resource in Delaware. Thank you

    By far the best bike store I have shopped and purchased from since the '80's. Super helpful and friendly staff. I have purchased 3 bikes there in the last 6 months and would not go anywhere else including other Trek locations - this is the one! Regardless of rider level and budget, they will help you get the right ride at the right price. They are also quick in their setups and servicing.

    Great team, easy location, reasonable pricing, but above all kind people. My fitting was long overdue and reinvented my relationship with my bike. They take the time to ask all my ‘basic/silly’ questions and don’t judge or laugh! Adults feel foolish doing new things and they seem to respect that....and you spending your money with them. Great team!

    Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. Salesman answered all of my questions but also showed me other items in the shop I was unaware of that I ended up purchasing. He was not pushy but adept and knew how to read his audience . He also followed up via email as promised to let me know my special order was in. I couldn’t have had a better experience!`
