  I have seen my grandson's growth in confidence. The belt tonight was great for all that were there. I loved it! Thanks to Pat and all of his team.

  A few benefits with taking karate are self confidence, discipline and personal growth. I have seen how Mr. Caputo and the instructors work well with teaching children and adults. I have seen them return to the community, offer summer camps and advanced classes where they compete as a team doing Kata's. There is a lot of positive.

  We absolutely love the program, instructors, and schedule. My daughter has learned a lot and truly enjoys going to class. She is excited to learn new moves and see her fellow karate friends. The instructors are great at communicating with the kids and know how to make them feel comfortable. The belt ceremonies are so much fun. You can tell that everyone is dedicated to the advancement.

  We've love being part of the AKS family and hope to continue to be for a long time. My son has learned self-discipline and gained a confidence that really shows. Great instructors, great programs and a great atmosphere make it a fun experience for everyone.

  If you're looking for your child to gain critical life skills, while being active, the is the place to go. The instructors are fantastic and the studio is very well run. I can't recommend AKS enough. Thank you Mr. Josh, Mr. Mark, and Mr. Pat.
