    Ralph's Scissors Sensations has been a trusted part of the Penny Hill community for decades. Even with Ralph senior now cutting hair in Heaven, Ralph Jr. "Jimmy" carries on the tradition.

    I have been frequenting Ralph's for forty years. Ralph and Jimmy have always exhibited the utmost in cutting my hair. They are family oriented and are always up on current affairs. If you reside in North Wilmington, you'd be most pleased with your hair styling experience.
