I know of four people that have used this gym and have had amazing weight loss results. I started with a four week challenge and then signed up for a year!

I lost the weight!The coaches are great instructors and they make the workout fun. The diet is easy to follow and you are provided with good/easy recipes. I can't say enough about this great program. (July 1, 2018, 9:10 pm)I first started my challenge last week,still have 5 more weeks to go. this first week was amazing,really inspired me to be healthy and lose the weight I need to lose,at first I thought i couldn’t make to the first week but the coaches and people that is there with the same goal pushes you,always saying that you can do it!. the gym is really organized,clean and the best thing is that they have all the supplements right there at the gym for you to buy it. I definably recommend legion transformation center because I really believe that this program will change my life.
