I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the sales representative right down to the installation crew. I highly recommend their service.

The whole team have been amazing and have done wonderful work. On the plumbing side Dennis has been superb - always invested in doing the best job he can. Definitely won't go anywhere else for future work.

(February 13, 2022, 12:50 pm)We’ve used Joseph Frederick for several projects in the past 15 months, including installing a sump pump and battery backup system, replacing our air conditioning and heating units, HVAC maintenance, and replacing a garbage disposal. All of their technicians were professional, hardworking, personable, and efficient; and we were pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail. In addition, their office personnel are friendly and responsive and make scheduling easy. We’ll definitely continue to use Joseph Frederick for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.

(January 8, 2022, 10:49 pm)I’ve used Joseph Frederick & Sons a few times now for repairs to my AC and heating units. They are always available even on the busiest of days or weekends to help with repairs and maintenance. I recently had an issue with my heater and Dan was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and come to my house on a Saturday to quickly replace the part on my furnace. They are reliable and professional always and I highly recommend.
