“Convenient scheduling, friendly enough staff. Dr. Pogach is thorough, professional, and the main reason I come. It's unfortunate to see so many negative reviews about the place but today was my 2nd time here for contacts/exam. Called and scheduled routine exam for contacts and set up within a few days. They reached out beforehand to verify insurance and reviewed expected cost. Came in today with no wait time and taken back by friendly tech. For exams, anyone can ask "A or B", "better or worse" but Dr. Pogach does his in a way that shows patience and he's actually listening. Calm, attentive are character details I appreciate. I first saw him when he was at another practice and followed him here. At the end of today's visit, there was a billing issue that came up due to miscommunications. However, the staff tried helping me and then went to his manager. They were courteous, professional, and tried their best to resolve my issue. I can't speak for the negative reviews but they are definitely not a 2.5 star place. Maybe the staff is better now then before... Also, shop around if you're looking to buy glasses. Insurance companies have contracts/terms that can vastly differ for prices from one eye place to another.”

“I've received consistent great service at this Rite Aide Pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are always willing to help and the pharmacists are patient and knowledgeable. I find the prices in the rest of the store to be too high, including the sale items. The cashiers at the front of the store are different. Sometimes I'll get great service and often other times I don't even get a greeting. They'll just start ringing until I speak first; otherwise they say nothing until they ask if I have a "Rite Aide Card". I used to frequent this location as I reside nearby but patronize the store less due to the inconsistency at the front counter. I still use the pharmacy regularly. I'd recommend the pharmacy at this location.”

“Dr. Eskander did a 2 level spinal fusion on my lower back (L4-S1). Prior to, I was in constant pain for a year due to a an injury from a car accident. Lower back pain and left leg pain. I am 4 months post surgery and I feel great! Still going to physical therapy and wearing a bone stimulator. I’m a little stiff in the mornings and the leg pain comes and goes occasionally (which I’m told is standard for 6-12 months post surgery). I tried everything I could for a year to avoid back surgery with no results. I’m so glad I had the surgery done and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Very friendly & professional. He explained everything in detail in ways I could understand. Checked in on me at the hospital during my recovery and has been great through all of my post-op check ups. I highly recommend Dr. Eskander.”
