“Called Colony after a bad experience with Anthony Sylvan. Kevin came out to do the quote for resurfacing our in-ground pool. Quote was delivered in the time stated and we were extremely happy with the price. We're extremely satisfied with the work done by all the crews that came out to empty & prep our pool, remove and install new pool line tile and the plastering. We'd have given them 5 stars if the removal of the dive stand and replacement of the side rails had been scheduled better. The side rails had a concrete base as did the dive stand. Smashing concrete means flying concrete and guess where that concrete ends up? In the pool. This work was scheduled AFTER the plastering and after the pool had 17000 gallons of water in it. We spent 3 days cleaning concrete out of our pool. This should have been scheduled at the time the pool was being emptied or when the tile work was being done. But that was the only hiccup. Overall we're satisfied with the work, the price, the customer service and the end results. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering resurfacing their pool.”
