“This store I never really had any issues with and has always worked with me on returns , figuring out connection layouts, and finding what I need as obscure of products I search for since I do Livestream entertainment. Some employees (2 or 3) lack knowledge on computers, television hardware, item locations (despite that being their department) they're trying to do there job. Help in any manner they can which is understandable”

“This is just a typical Dollar Tree with the normal dollar store finds. The store itself seems pretty clean and smells pleasant when you walk in the door. The cashier was another story however. My total came to $4.50 and I handed the cashier a $5 bill. She took the money, put it inside her drawer and closed it then was about to begin ringing up the next customer when I pointed out that I did not receive my change. She raised her voice and got snotty with me stating that five items equals $5. Once I pointed out that the greeting card I purchased was only fifty cents, she snatched the bag from my daughter and pulled the receipt out with aggression and attitude. She read the receipt and realized her mistake then called over a supervisor to open her drawer. Never once did she apologize or even acknowledge her mistake. She simply had the drawer opened and handed me the $0.50. At least I received my correct change in the end, however I think the management of this particular store may want to check into some customer service training.”

“called summit on the morning of 6-6-16 for an a/c problem .they came late that afternoon. The tech (Shawn) listened to my complaint with the system and looked into it.to my surprise it was just a problem with my thermostat. I was not aware of a delay once the a/c was turned on. the tech explained how this thermostat operates and that I had no issues with my system. I asked him to look over my system and make sure there are no problems. He let me know my system is in good operating condition and no problems were found. He at no time tried to up sell me. I felt confident with him and I will use this company again and are satisfied with there pricing.”

“John and his team are the best! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced in an emergency, and he was there and done before noon of the morning I called. Also, a couple of years ago, I had a carbon monoxide alarm go off in my house, on a Saturday. John had one of his guys there thar day, and spent a couple of hours on repairs on my 50 year old heater. Amstel has serviced the plumbing and heating systems in my house for over 30 years, and I don't see any reason to change. Great company!”
