“I live in an apartment complex in Newark, DE. and have had problems with a toilet for the 5 years I've lived there. Ron came this afternoon (10/18/18) and persisted until there was nothing left to do but replace it. I'm so thankful to him for doing such an excellent job for the complex and for the tenant, me!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. He put down a cloth on the carpet so as not to dirty it up and catch debris. He listened to what I was saying, was very polite and professional through the entire process. I'm really appreciative of how compassionate he was with regard to my longstanding frustration with the situation. Ron is an asset to Angler Plumbing and I would highly recommend them/him! CONS: This store does not have a great selection of Flex-steel products which was our main focus. We went to a store in a near-by state that has an extensive selection of Flex-steel recliners and sofas and made our choice and then contacted Elena with that choice. This is a revised review. The owner contacted us after reading my initial post. He wanted to clarify some points I brought up in the review and make things right for us. I was very pleased he reached out to us and felt that he was going the extra mile in customer service. I deleted parts of the first review. Overall, I really like the store, Elena, and I would most definitely shop there again and I recommend it for furniture shopping.”

You will not find a better product, price, and customer service from anywhere else....GUARANTEED! John, Tom, and their staff are down to earth, knowledgeable, and will cater to your needs. They installed over 1300 sq. ft of hardwoods on the first floor of a new construction home. The floors look amazing and the entire experience from start to finish was customer friendly and enjoyable. They are at the top of their craft, TOP TIER! While shopping at a local competitor they asked me who else I was considering. When I mentioned Hardwood Direct, the salesperson stopped their sales pitch and said, "Nobody can beat John's prices. He practically gives it away!" They are not just my flooring contractor for this job, they will have my business for any flooring jobs moving forward and I recommend them, over anyone else, without hesitation!
