“I have been using D&L to service my residential generator and do other little electrical problems that creep up, for the last 3 years. The outfit is not a huge commercial chain, so you get that awesome mom and pop service feel. From the moment you call, the great customer service feel starts with Jeannie the office manager. Jeannie is prompt, and can schedule you in rather quickly. Her demeanor is professional, yet personable. The workers that come out are typically the same, and they are all great. I usually get Joe and John. Both are knowledgeable, personable and explain what they are doing. Because this is a smaller outfit and you are likely to get the same workers, they have an intimate understanding of what's going on with electric in your residence. Lew, the L in D&L has been out in the past to make sure things are smooth and he carries the same great attitude as everyone else (I've never interacted with Dianne, so I can't speak of her. But, I can only imagine she has the same great attitude). I saw one review that said workers left fingerprints and what not in their house. The workers have been in my house and have never left a mess and always clean up after their job. I could go on and on about how great this company has been for me. Pricing is reasonable as well. To sum this up, great company and if you have a problem with them, then the problem may be you.”
