Ron came this afternoon (10/18/18) and persisted until there was nothing left to do but replace it. I'm so thankful to him for doing such an excellent job for the complex and for the tenant, me!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. He put down a cloth on the carpet so as not to dirty it up and catch debris. He listened to what I was saying, was very polite and professional through the entire process. I'm really appreciative of how compassionate he was with regard to my longstanding frustration with the situation. Ron is an asset to Angler Plumbing and I would highly recommend them/him!
