“I attended Breaking Through the Barriers in January of 2014. Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. It was an amazing experience from the very beginning. Just walking in the door was fearful for me, but that is what I was there for, identifying my fears and limiting beliefs. The Staff and environment were warm and welcoming and accepting. I made this commitment to myself and I am proud of myself for following through. I give myself credit for doing the work....something I rarely did before taking the course. Give myself credit!!
