“This is more of a rating for the ladies working in the EZ Pass customer service desks. Every time I have needed to go in and take care of an issue with my EZ Pass account whether it be adding or removing a vehicle, checking the status of my frequent traveler or whatever they have always been a pleasure to work with to get the issue taken care of as they have always had an answer to my questions without having to go to someone else to find out what needed to be done. My only complaint is that they moved the office to a different building a few years ago, one that you need to drive further through a parking lot just to take care of your business you went there for.”
