Our experience with Dustin Parker, Rachael Parker, Jennifer Thompson, and the entire Parker Group staff was exceptional. From the beginning to the end of our relationship, they expressed an attitude that was confident and reassuring. They bent over backwards to accommodate my specific situation in selling the property, which included several people as decision makers on all aspects of this sale. At our initial meeting, Parker Group had a prepared and developed marketing strategy for the property, and we had not even retained their services yet. After they secured our business, they came through on those plans and then some. The level of communication we received throughout our relationship was extremely satisfying. We always felt they were actively selling the property, we were always able to contact Dustin or Rachael or Jennifer immediately, and we always felt "heard" by them. Parker Group strived to make sure we all understood everything that was going on with the sale of the property, and provided valuable assistance with negotiations. We would not hesitate to use Parker Group again should the need for a realtor arise.
Jenn Thompson was absolutely wonderful to work with. She demonstrated a vast knowledge base and was extremely competent in her knowledge of the properties that we viewed with her. Her explanation of the Parker Group and of the real estate process in general was thorough and clear. She was consistently very well prepared with extensive information (and property documents) to offer to us with each showing.
In general, Jenn is just an all around very likable person and so easy to work with. We would readily recommend Jenn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't go wrong working with Jenn
