Any insurance need I have Mark always responds in a timely fashion and comes up with the most cost effective solution while making sure I have the best policy in place to suit my needs. State Farm handles all of my insurance which includes auto, home, and business. Mark Penuel's agency is very worthy of this five star review.

State Farm for many years. I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16. I am now 41. I couldn’t ask for a better insurance company. The prices are reasonable and they go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. If you have an accident they quickly review your claim and make fast timely payments regarding whatever your needs such as medical bills or fixing your vehicle. They give you many options when your choosing policies. They try their best to save you as much money as possible in many ways, such as, for example stacking policies like auto and car. If you’re looking for a great employee at Mark Penuel’s office ask for Joan. She is truly experienced in her job and she will meet all your needs. She’s friendly and very knowledgeable. She’ll do her best in assisting you. Paula is also another member of the company that has been with this office for a long time. She’s very nice and competent in her job. My daughter will also be a new client of Mark Penuel’s office in 5 years when she starts driving. I wouldn’t trust her well being with any other company. I know that this office will continue to do there best to meet my needs. Bruce Penuel owned the office when I first became a customer. My mom and dad were members of this company since they were sixteen. Mark Penuel now owns the company. He’s not just the owner, he’s more than that, he’s our neighbor. Mark is a member of our community. He’s a son, husband, dad, but, more than anything else, the most important fact about him is he makes you feel like your a member of his family. He will be there for you whenever you need him, including good and bad times. In conclusion, I want someone that cares about my family and I like a neighbor, a friend.
