(February 7, 2019, 1:28 pm)I have used Alltemp Air for many years (20+) and I have had outstanding service every time. Dave and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. They arrive on time and explain the issue at hand. I have recommend Dave at Alltemp Air, Inc. several times in the past and I am absolutely sure that I will do so in the future. Dave is one of the few people that I trust doing business with.

(January 1, 2018, 5:29 pm)I called at 4:00PM on New Year’s Eve because the temperature probe on the 2nd story was reading 39-41 degrees. The resident manager in our development was unhelpful and suggested I call for a servicer. I first called McGee, who was not dispatching to people who did not have contracts. I called Alltemp Air, who assured me that someone would go to the house and check it out.
They called back and dispatched a technician to the house, who confirmed that the heat pump was working and that the temperature likely needed to be raised. The technician did that and my wife and I are relieved to not have to deal with a difficult situation at a difficult time.
I would strongly recommend Alltemp to others. I have not received the bill, but the peace of mind, given the fact that an earlier freeze in the unit (which I have worked hard to avoid), was “top of mind”.
For those of you in Lewes, the principal is in Lewes, another plus.
